Return/Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: 
    • Requests must be made within two days of delivery. 
    • In the case of returns from both domestic and international customers, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  2. Process: 
    • Email us at hello@seanines.com  with order details and photos of the delivered artwork. 
    • Upon approval, we will arrange for pickup and request return of shipment.
  3. Refunds: 
    • Processed within 10-15 business days after inspection. 
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. 
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, even if the order is returned. 
  4. Non-Returnable Items: 
    • Custom orders and commissioned art.
