Water Games (पानी का खेेल)

This work began with a thought: What if someone wants to drink water but can never actually drink it?
In this piece, I have represented water using dots. The person in the artwork desires to drink the water but is unable to do so. Since the person cannot drink it, he has tied the water with his hands and stores it. Even though he cannot use the water, he continues to hoard. Now, those in need of the water have fallen at his feet, pleading for some. They touch his feet, begging for some water. But, they still don’t get it. He does give them an illusion of providing it, but never actually does.
Multiple interpretations can be made of this, water is just one the mediums.
