I always had an open mind to work on any style because my father used to say “if nothing else , at least it will be an experience , so go ahead and do it” . My creativity comes through strong teaching passed by father to never indulge in basic commercial work rather he made sure i created my own unique style of work.
To highlight my connection with Nature, I am pulled towards the usage of natural pigments in my artworks. Mostly inspired by different styles of Indian miniature paintings-and highly impressed by Pahari School of Rajput Paintings, under which Basohli & Kangra paintings from Jammu & Kashmir, (India) for their color & composition. I strive to develop my own practice by mixing the different styles with my style of contemporary aesthetics, thereby marking my works with a unique set in their own pattern.
